How does a use bundle work?

For example, create a 10-session bundle valid for 6 months from issue. Confirm one use at each visit. Customers can check their remaining uses and expiry date by opening their QR.

What appears on the printed bundle?

You can place the included uses and expiry date next to the QR. The printed copy keeps the original conditions; the current balance is available through the QR.

Do I have to sell vouchers through Valia?

No. You keep your usual payment process. Valia creates the voucher, gets it ready to deliver and checks it when it is redeemed.

How does the customer receive the voucher?

Download it as a PNG or PDF and deliver it by email, messaging or in print. The design and QR stay together.

Can I use my own design?

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP image and place the name, experience, date and QR on it in the visual editor.

Does every voucher need an amount?

No. You can gift an experience or service without showing its price. The amount is optional and you decide when it makes sense.

What happens when a voucher expires?

Valia checks the date automatically when scanned and shows its status before you confirm a redemption.

What if someone tries to use the same voucher twice?

A gift voucher is redeemed once. With a bundle, each confirmation consumes one use. The same QR works until all uses are consumed or the bundle expires.
