Can I use my own design?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP image and place the name, experience, date and QR on it in the visual editor.
Does every voucher need an amount?
No. You can gift an experience or service without showing its price. The amount is optional and you decide when it makes sense.
What happens when a voucher expires?
Valia checks the date automatically when scanned and shows its status before you confirm a redemption.
What if someone tries to use the same voucher twice?
The first redemption is recorded. On any later scan, the voucher appears as already used and cannot be confirmed again.
